“For the absolutely innovative project, for its concreteness and feasibility, for having brought a possible solution to a pressing issue in the national work world, for being 100% aligned with the competition’s objectives, for the completeness in the presentation, for adhering fully to the five criteria of the regulations, and above all for having created the prototype of the product, the jury declares the winner of the first edition of the La Piccola Impresa che vorrei competition".
This is the motivation of the jury of the first edition of "La Piccola Impresa che vorrei", the competition organised and promoted by CONFAPI Lecco and Sondrio on the occasion of its 75th anniversary, which saw the victory of class 3°C of the Badoni Institute of Lecco with the project "Helmit, the helmet of the future", an innovative device that encompasses all safety equipment for workers, built with sustainable materials and powered by solar panels. A project conceived, developed, and realized by the students, supported by ITA Spa CEO Andrea Beri and the teacher Silvia Galasso.
"I congratulate all of you - Andrea Beri said in a video message from the Wire in Dusseldorf - Thank you for sharing this project and I would also say this beautiful journey of growth and exchange. You are the future of our territory, you are the future of our companies. My thanks also go to the teacher Galasso and CONFAPI for organizing this initiative, which I hope will be replicated in the future."
